Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be processed and completed.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns and exchanges may be done in-store between 07:00 and 08:00 only.
Please note that this is the only time the store will be open for walk-ins and exchanges

Order Collection

Please only collect your order once you have received an email confirming that your order is ready for collection.

Collections take place between 13:00 and 15:00.

The recipient of the order will be required to sign for the collection of the parcel

We strongly encourage parents to collect parcels themselves, as there is a risk of parcels being misplaced or lost if collected by learners. Once a parcel has been signed out, the store will no longer be held responsible for it.
